To view your current balance and manage your payment details, visit the Billing & Payments section of your account.
NuevoCloud accepts credit and debit cards issued by Visa, Mastercard/EuroCard, American Express, Discover, Diner's Club, JCB, China UnionPay (credit card only), and BCcard.
Your credit card information can be updated from the Payment Method section of your account.
You may be issued a promotional code during sign up, as a promotion, or as compensation for a service issue. To enter your promotional code, visit the Promotional Codes section of your account.
The Account Balance section of your Billing & Payments page shows the current amount you owe. Balances are updated every 24 hours.
NuevoCloud will bill your credit card automatically when it reaches a threshold or every 30 days. The default threshold is $20 and will increase up to $500 depending on account activity.
If your credit card is declined, NuevoCloud will notify you by email. Just login to your account and update your payment information. The system will automatically retry the next day.
If we are unable to bill your account after 14 days, we will suspend your account until the balance is paid.
